great room but missed a lake view
The decor of the room really stood out. The kettle offered in-room made mornings more pleasant.
The view could have been better.

We had a spacious room suitable for our family of four, with a generous-sized bathroom and a large, comfy bed. The location was excellent, just a short drive from Cheddar Gorge, making for an easy adventure with our kid.
My kids wished for more soundproofing, especially as we had noisy neighbors late at night.

The inviting bar area, complete with live entertainment, created a perfect atmosphere for a relaxing evening. Enjoyed the delicious breakfast and spacious room. Some noise from the pub made it hard to relax at night. Great access to cycling and fishing activities nearby.

I absolutely loved lounging by the fireplace with a warm drink in hand after exploring nearby trails. The simple yet tasty breakfast was a nice touch, and I particularly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Just a heads up, the bar wasn't open during my stay, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. 😊

Had a lovely stay at Seymour Arms. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family. The bedding felt fresh, and the bathroom had a nice size shower, making it easy to relax. Breakfast options were decent, but the menu could use some more variety. I loved the friendly staff. they made us feel welcome right away. we faced a few issues. The initial check-in was unclear, leading us on a hunt to find the reception area. Upon entering our room, I noticed some cleanliness concerns, like hair in the bathroom plug. During our stay, we had to request extra toilet paper since there wasn’t much provided. The noise from the hallway kept my kids awake at night. it’s a cozy place, but some attention to detail would make it even better.
